  • You can make a one-time payment using a credit card online by clicking here or over the phone 24/7 at 1-855-216-6305 option 2

    ATM Debit Card, Discover Card, Visa, Mastercard and now American Express are accepted.

  • There are multiple ways you can pay using your checking account. 

    • Paperless Billing 
      Paperless Billing customers can make a one-time or recurring payment through our website using a checking account. If you sign up for paperless billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill.

    • Make a one-time payment and receive a paper bill
      If you want to receive a paper bill, you can make a one-time payment using a checking account online by clicking here or over the phone by calling us at 1-855-216-6305 option 2.

     

    • Set up recurring payments and receive a paper bill
      If you want to receive paper bills and set up recurring payments using a checking account, call us at 1-855-216-6305 option 2 and ask to set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.

     

    • Mail your payment to us

      Return the lower portion of your bill, along with a check or money order, in the envelope provided with your bill and mail it to:

    • Cash is only accepted at select retail establishments. Click the button below for a complete list of authorized payment locations near you. For security reasons, cash is not accepted at Liberty Utilities Walk-In Locations.

      Customers who sign up for Paperless Billing can make a one-time or recurring payment through our website using a checking account. If you sign up for paperless billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill.

    • Use your bank’s online bill payment service 
      Most banks and credit unions offer bill payment services to their customers. Liberty Utilities can be set up as a Payee in the system. Contact your financial institution for more information. 
  • You can visit one of the following locations if you would like to pay your bill in person:

    • Authorized Payment Agents 

      Click the button below for a complete list of authorized payment locations near you. Please only use authorized payment agents. Paying using other services may result in delays in posting your payments. There is no fee for this service*.

      *Important: To locate authorized payment locations that do not charge a convenience fee, within the  Biller Search box you must input Liberty Utilities and select your State from the dropdown menu.

      Pay by using credit or debit cards, checking account information and money orders at our Liberty Utilities customer walk-in centers.

Things To Keep In Mind: 

  • For the convenience of our customers, no transaction fees are charged. 
  • Depending on which payment method you choose, the processing time can vary from 1-10 days. If your due date is less than ten days away, we recommend using a payment method with a faster processing time, such as paying in person or over the phone.  
  • Credit, ATM Debit and checking account transactions have a $1.00 minimum and $1,200 maximum. If your balance is larger than $1,200, you can make up to 8 separate transactions per 26 day period. 
  • Checks returned as non-sufficient funds (NSF) may incur a fee.
